Rental conditions

Reservation is guaranteed after the booking form is filled, the non-refundable deposit of 30% of the whole payment is transferred to our bank account and the confirmation of the transfer is e-mailed to us.
The remaining part of the payment should be transferred 30 days prior to the arrival and confirmed by the bank transfer confirmation.
In case the stay is 2-night long the whole payment (100%) should be made while booking the accommodation.
Reservations made in less than 30 days prior to the arrival are binding after the whole sum is paid.
After we get the bank transfer confirmation, we send you useful tips and contacts and once we receive the whole payment, you get from us further instructions and some additional information.

It is mandatory to purchase the cleaning at the end of your stay.

Guests undertake to keep the house in its initial shape and to sort litter.
It is not allowed to walk in your shoes inside the house – use slippers instead.
We also ask you not to move furniture and the music equipment. If, despite our request, some furniture changes its place, please – before you leave – put it back to where it belonged.
Before departure it is necessary to:
- to take out of the house all the waste that has been sorted according to the eco-friendly rules; ash from the fireplace should be throw out to the metal barrel
- to wipe tables and worktops
- to clean the oven and the cooker, if they got really dirty
- to wash and put away clean dishes to the drawers/cupboards where they belong; the dishes that need to be washed after breakfast should be either put into the dishwasher (please, remember to switch it on) or washed by hand and left on the drainer to dry
- to clean food and drink leftovers and to throw them away according to waste sorting rules
- to remove the bed linen and put it to bags that are available in each bathroom; moist towels should be hung in the bathroom to dry

If the conditions above are not fulfilled, we might chargé you extra, according to the shape the house was left in.
